We are so excited to be welcoming home our newest son (with 4 paws) and had to share the news with this puppy announcement. Batch is already prepared to be the best big brother to Bogey and while it’s bittersweet to see his only child days come to an end, we are ecstatic to see him become a big brother and have a built in best friend.

I truly believe that every moment should be celebrated and that announcement photos shouldn’t just be for those parents with 2 legged children. So with the loving support of my husband, our wild 3 year old golden retriever, and my tripod we took our sweet puppy announcement photos.

Tips for getting your dog to pose with you for photos? LOTS of dog treats and taking them to daycare or getting lots of energy out before!

This newspaper announcement was such a fun way to tell everyone our big news and will now be a great heirloom for us to hold onto.
